very cute hotel in great location
very small, only have 33 rooms, quite and cozy hotel just half block away from the beach. This is my 5th trip to pattaya and I wish I knew this hotel earlier

Huge room, Great staff, good breakfast.
Not flawless, but a good value. I also liked the location, on Soi 1 about 100 meters from Beach Road. Soi 1 is near the north end of Beach Road. I like to walk along the beach, but you can easily catch a Baht Bus if desired. Upside: Huge room: I stayed on top floor which is 2 story units. Great complimentary breakfast: I liked Thai style soups, and fresh salad greens, which are rare in Thailand. Had trouble with internet upon arrival, and staff went way out there to get if fixed for me. They had a nice pool, beautiful common area grounds. Small balcony on my room. Downside: Steep stairs in top level, two story rooms. My room wasn't that clean (they had a mix up) when I arrived at midnight. Overall, a good value. I stayed one extra night.

Transportation: Baht buses are 10Bht each time you board. Pretty easy, but sometimes you change buses a few times to get where you're going. Motorbike taxi's are everywhere, and easy to flag down. I'm a bit nervous weaving through traffic, but everyone rides them. Negotiate fare BEFORE taking ride, and have small bills, as getting change is often not going to happen. Keep in mind that all the drivers generally want to help you out, but many do not understand much English. I had a Baht Bus take me all over the place enroute to the bus station. He could not understand I had a schedule to keep, but ultimately, I did catch my bus back to BKK.

Stayed here oct 09 , location 100 metres from beach road , saltwater pool good , but in shadow of large condo from 1-30 pm !! Large clean rooms with kitchen, staff friendly but unobtrusive !!

This hotel awful, nothing like photo's on internet. If another country would charge false pretences, I and freinds so disappointed, please do not stay this hotel. I think hotel.com should remove from listings

Good Hotel For Budget Trip
The hotel is in a very good location. It's near by Family mart and just only minutes walking to the beach. The area is not much crowded. It's also near by the good pub; Mantra Pattaya. If you want to go to Central Festival; shopping mall. Just take Baht Bus to there. 10 THB. Very cheap.

Dec 09 Stayed at this hotel which was in a great area away from the noise from the bars at night. The Hotel is near to the beach and not far from the shopping area (Big C). The baht bus stops at the top and bottom of the road and is still quite cheap at 10bt to 20bt. Lots of places to eat and drink around this area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and breakfast was plentiful. Clean rooms. Pool was clean and not too deep. Hotel has its own spa treatments and massage rooms. Overall a great hotel and money well spent.

Overall is good. Except the room
Overall is good. Except the room were not ready for us to check in when arrived (around 3:00pm). However hotel staffs fix the issue pretty quick..
