Central Location
Good location in central Pattaya- perfect for exploring the area's night life, but not in the middle of a noise factory. The lobby is nice, had a decent pool- definitely nothing in comparison to the Hard Rock's. My room smelled of smoke, my "king" size bed was 2 twin beds tethered together. Water temp in the shower was hard to adjust. You could see into my room above the card reader, door handle assembly. Staff was pretty good and the room cleaned daily with no problems. First trip so can't really compare to others.

LK Metropole
This hotel is one of the nicer hotels in the area. They have a great staff and a nice lobby. The rooms were not perfect, some of the walls had paint pealing and the bathroom grout had some mold but i guess that's expected for an older building in high humidity area. The pool was nice not very big and it was located in front of the hotel but it gets the job done, sunbathing and a dip when it gets to hot. The location is probably the best attribute, literally walking distance or a baht bus ride to anywhere in Pattaya. Anything from Go-go's, beer bars, shopping, massage and food are all less than 2 min walk. As far as total value i would say its great there are much cheaper places to stay but you get what you pay for, and it has free internet.

1.我們在系統上訂了一間三人房(系統有triple的選項)而且我們也透過系統寫信註明我們將有三人入住,請安排兩大床或是加床的訊息給飯店. 到了飯店check in時卻跟我們說加床還要加700Baht.... 並且說以為我們是兩個大人一個小孩,甚至還有服務人員問說''Do you understand?''好笑的是飯店人員列印出來的表格上面清楚註明adult:3 ,態度真的是我們住過這麼多家飯店最糟的;後來服務人員先帶我們去看房間,他們把兩個單人加大床併成一個大床.這並不是我們的需求,只好再要求他們把床分開.也沒有多一份衛浴用品... 2.我們使用內線電話要求多一份衛浴用品時,服務人員在我們說完之後立即掛斷電話,也沒回應,讓我們以為是hold住電話,拼命等...因為我們還要詢問wifi帳號密碼,再次撥內線過去時,服務人員一接通就立即說會請人送過去,我們只好說還有其他問題要問,當我們把問題提出,電話又立刻被掛斷.真的很不受尊重. 3.沒有主動告知早餐用餐時間為幾點,並且說只有兩個人有早餐,訂房時三人的早餐都已包含在內了,直到我們反應時,才改口三人都有早餐... 4.浴室裡的排水系統設計不良,洗澡到一半,髒水已經淹到腳踝了....下次寧可花多一點錢去住好一點的飯店也不要再受氣了!
