Good and clean hotel near to many beer bars, hotel room was ok, but in the first 2 day´s was a strange smell from the balcony sink. they build a new wing sometime verry loud in the morning 8:00 a:m

Nice rooms, good location. It's a hotel location very near to 24hr Mcdonald's to grab a bite whenever you feel. The only thing you miss is beach, it's on the 2nd road so you have to take a walk (5 mins to beach and approx 10 mins to walking st). Rooms are really good, nice and friendly staff makes it a confortable hotel to stay on business or leisure trip. One downside is no free internet, no microwave. in all 6-7 out of 10.

Room was nice and the staff was very friendly and reasonably helpful. No concierge and language barrier made booking excursions somewhat difficult. Free breakfast had impressive selection. Nice location (no views to speak of if that's important to you), close to nightlife but tucked away from the noise. Nice experience, no hassles, I do get the feeling there may be better values to be had but I would consider staying there again.

Upon arrival I was upgraded from Jaccuzi room to Suite room. I beleive this was due to the amount of building work which inevitably caused loud banging noises throughout the day. This was the only negative together with the fact I was charged full day rate (2800ish Bht/ £60) for late checkout. I decided to pay this as my flight was at 2am next morning. Staff were friendly and even brought MacDonalds to my room at 4am following a long session. I would strongly recommend tis hotel if you are prepared to pay this price considering its in Pattaya. Much cheaper can be found at a good standard.

For my purposes of visiting Pattaya and enjoying the city this hotel was almost ideal..The location was great and close to everything..The staff was extremely friendly friendly and helpful..If i needed something and asked they had the answer and advice was helpful..Some amenities werent there such as simply an iron or ironing board but laundry service is avavilable at a cost of course, the bed was good for overall sleep but for just lounging around or being lazy it was extremely hard so much so if ure a side sleeper it became painful..I had guest and it was no problem to have them there overnight and into the late afternoon and no judgement or comments from the very helpful staff..no free wi fi but you can purchase service and if youre not on internet the entire trip wont be to costly..there is construction but staff placed me away from the noise for the most part even when it was going to be too noisy the hotel offered guest a free tour to make up for it..i ordered room service once and food wasnt that great..pool is beautiful and like most tourist hotels a lil pricey for amenities ie..cab to Bangkok a lil more expensive for what u could arrange yourself just one block away but overall i really like this hotel and not only would stay again but will stay here when i book next trip for myself as well as 2 friends that are going.....

The was great for the price. The rooms were big and spacious. Nice bathrooms! comfy beds. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet style and really good. They will make eggs to your liking and you can have fresh bread every morning. They were doing construction on the hotel and we were close to it, but they stopped working at a decent hour and didn't start working until around 9 or so. So unless you are a light sleeper and plan on taking afternoon naps the construction really didn't bother us. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. overall a really good experience I would stay here again Very good location close to food, shopping and entertaiment

Great location ... I mean fantastic location! Just a stroll to the beach or the hustle and bustle of 2nd street. A baht bus away from beach road and walking street the hotel is nestled back from main road. Room was excellent however I highly recommend you make it a condition to get a room facing the shopping centre and NOT the beer bar side. Even double glazing does not stop the beat! The quality of the food and buffet breakfast is EXCELLENT. The roof top pool is great although the decking needs attention. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed here a number of times I have been to pattaya, Mama who is the owner always makes me feel welcome, the service is fantastic and location is well suited...more rooms will be available from November.... There are plenty of cheaper options around on the soi but nothing that comes anywhere near tim boutique
