The Holiday Inn Pattaya is a new facility ideally situated on the beach. It caters for leisure travelers, business travelers, and families. Business travelers find a fully equipped business center and seven meeting/function rooms, the largest of which can accommodate 500 delegates. Leisure travelers can take a break from the beach at the full service Tea Tree Spa, or relax next to the massive infinity-style pool. Kids find plenty to do at the hotel's fully supervised kids' club. Young guests can also take advantage of the kids-only pool. My first Thai experience
I stayed here from Christmas to New years eve, 2011, hotel arranged airport transfere, at a cost, but well worth it after long flight. All the staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for you, rooms very clean and tidy. As a first timer to Thailand (Pattaya) I was more than satisfied with this hotel. Excellent location at the quieter side of town but still within just a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle.

Personalized service in Pattaya
The hotel is only 2 years old, so its very modern and clean. The room was very comfortable and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Each and every staff member went out of their way to say and Hello and constantly ask if there was anything I needed. I will stay here again and look forward to another visit.

Holiday Inn Pattaya
Beautiful hotel that is brand new. The hotel only opened last year so everything is very modern and new. The room I was in had a great view of the ocean. The pools were awesome and the gym was pretty decent. The staff were very helpful and all spoke english

Holiday Inn Pattaya
Thailand is known for its medical care. Pattaya has outstanding hospitals and I came to have some dermatology work at Bangkok Hospital In Pattaya. I did lots of shopping and within walking distance or a quick ride in taxi I went to Central Tourist Privilege. The hotel will give you a broshure-it give %5 discount plus 7% Tax Refund- be sure and take your passport for this refund. It is a 7 story modern mall with all the best stores, restaurants and even souvenier shopping. I saw sights booked through the hotel. Sanctuary of Truth a beautiful construction site that has been going on for years. Near ocean. Very interesting and beautiful work done in wood. On the way from Bangkok Airport you can have your driver take you on tours along the way. ATM in Pattaya are easy, in English and especially safe if you go inside malls. They have guards there. Hotel has easy to operate safe in your room. Iron, Iron board, coffee, tea pot and refrigerator.

Dining in hotel is very good but you must visit other restaurants nearby. They are cheaper and offer you more. Food quality at Holiday Inn is 5 Star so it can be pricy. Easy to pay over a 1,000 Bht for a meal for 2 which is $30.00 so if you are trying to save some money to buy gifts restaurants can help with this.

Проживали в этом отеле 6 ночей. Впечатления самые лучшие. Все на уровне. Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный, 24 часа в сутки готовы исполнить любую Вашу просьбу. Расположение очень удачное, рядом с морем. Удобно выйти из отеля и пойти гулять вдоль Бич-роуд. Очень красивый бассейн, плюс там действуют "счастливые часы", когда покупаешь 1, а еще 1 получаешь бесплатно. В номере есть все самое необходимое (гладильная доска, утюг, фен, чайник), все новое, очень удобная постель. Прекраснейший вид с балкона на весь залив. В лобби 3 компьютера с бесплатным неограниченным интернетом плюс WiFi по всей гостинице. При заселении берут депозит 200 долларов. Еще один важный момент: нас без проблем заселили в 11.00 am. Мы переживали, что придется ждать до 02.00 pm. Однозначно будем останавливаться там еще!!!
