Staff was wonderful
Best Western is removed from the main street and you do not hear the traffic noise like you do on the main street. They have several shuttles running and all you do is ask the desk and you will have it within a minute taking you to the main road where taxis, small open carriers (very inexpensive) will take you . Rooms are very clean and wireless internet is very good. Faster than my home internet. Ocean is close walk. I found the restaurant to have many different National Dishes (Chinese, Thai. British, American, Japanese, Greek, Russian) These meals were very good. Did not have any meal that was bad. Shopping is great. I especially liked the 7 story Central Mall it has everything you would look for. It is also in an area with many other great stores. This experience was very good and I will stay at the Best Western Pattaya again!

TESCO has everything just down the road from the circle. Restaurants, Huge grocery store where you can take them back to your room. My room had a large refrigerator and microwave. I would buy my cokes much cheaper.

OK as a pit stop !
I booked Best Western Pattaya because it was on offer at the time and I think I still over payed for what we got !! The room was not very clean and the balcony was never cleaned for are stay ! We had to use the same sheets for the hole time we were there !! Breakfast was ok !! Lack of cleaning staff !

The breakfast service finished
The breakfast service finished too early, as the guest came at the breakfast service area at 09:30AM, we had to pay additional 1 more person for breakfast, no refill food, and start closing quickly at 10:00AM. Not good for customers who are not full.

デラックスルームに宿泊しました。 部屋は広く、ドラーヤーも設置されていたので女性を含む宿泊には良いホテルではと思います。 立地に関しては、ホテルから繁華街へはソンテウが頻繁に走る通りまで送迎サービスがあり不便を感じませんが、ホテルに帰る場合は送迎がなく不便を感じました。 宿泊費用を抑えて、のんびり過ごしたいカップルには最適なホテルだと思います。
