Walk everywhere in Pattaya from this luxe boutique hotel

Nice place
Stayed here twice. Its good,but not perfect. New build,but already showing signs of wear and tear.Front facing (courtyard) rooms preferred to rear (no view) rooms. Modern layouts,and a few gimmicks too.Many patrons are Korean and Japanese. A few seconds to both Beach and Second Road,and five mins to that over-rated attraction known as Walking Street. Good little fitness centre with treadmills,nice pool,top floor sundeck. Two elevators. Free in-room wifi. Very noisy corridors though,and can hear activity in adjoining rooms. A nice place. Feels very safe.

Not so great
Customer service was not good at all i wish that front desk people would know how to smile and thats a weird thing in LOS.As far as location is concerned it is great close to beach and walking street.Smoking smell is abundant in the hotel which was one more negative for me and at the time of checking out they rudely declined to accept credit card saying its cash only hotel ...I was like you are advertising 4 star resort hotel and telling me that you only take cash wow.. Over all i would'nt recommend that hotel.

good hotel i stay at this 4 time now .
it was my fist time booking with [...]and it work out well got there late that night .but it was good hotel this is my 4 time staying at the hotel one of the best in pattaya

GREAT ROOM, PERFECT LOCATION!!!
Perfect location between mall and Mikes Market shopping. Within 5 min of WALKING STREET. Room was very nice and clean bed was perfect and staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive.

Mike's Market is the place to get "designer items" wink wink at a cheap price. My wife loves me after all the purse and shirts i got her!!

Excellent rooms. modern, tastefully designed and comfortable. The regular delux rooms have twin beds that are put together if you want a double bed. They unfortunately move apart very easily and is an annoyance. They need to address this Staff are friendly and helpful.

Not bad a few points
No car
Not bad a few points No car park and you cant park in front of hotel to offload but car park is close and safe Dont get a room at the front its noisy and a large screen TV is directly out side rear rooms are excellent gym is good but small pool the same Air con broke but we moved and it was no problem for staff I actually moved twice as we started at the front then were offered another front room after AC broke but chose a rear hotel room which was excellent

Good location in downtown Pattaya.
Good location in downtown Pattaya. Friendly and efficient staff. A small but nice room (but only the neighbours wall visible from our small balcony). Good value.

A nice boutique hotel in a very
A nice boutique hotel in a very good location downtown in Pattaya. My only issue with the hotel would be the lack of a thermostatic shower control - taking a shower was not easy. If I can't take a good shower, then that's an important part of my stay spoiled. Nice hotel - fix the showers and I'll come back.
