Basic budget hotel with pool five minutes from Patong Beach
This budget property provides an inexpensive base for exploring Patong. The 53-room property lies off a major road but is set back far enough for guests to enjoy a quieter stay. The famed nightlife avenue Bangla Road lies 15 minutes away. Patong Beach is just a five-minute walk. Guests can lounge at the poolside and bar, hot tub, and children's pool. All rooms include a balcony.

We went there with my family and a my friends family. We stayed three nights and booked two double rooms with breakfast. Felt like home. As our shedule was compact we nedded a place where convenient to atractions. Staff is friendly and you can ask or get a suggestions about the prices of attractions and shoping. Apart from all the good things, I wish they had a good selection of food for the breakfast, as we stayed there three nights, there was no much difference in the food selection.

Shopping tip:

My advice is do your shopping in Bangkok and not in Phuket. It's kinda expenssive there. And other thing is dont go shopping in the morning, if your the first customer in a shop they want you to buy something, as they belive that if you dont buy something that will bring them bad luck. And they may get really really angry. Therefore best option is doing your shopping in the night.

It is more than what I have expected. I paid about S$45 per room per nite for 2 pax & I am surprised to receive a big & clean room with a balcony. It is a hotel with very simple facilities but is fine for us because we only stay in the hotel for like 5-6 hours every nite just to slp. Housekeeping is done everyday. Friendly & helpful staffs but language is still a barrier. Free Wi-fi access & safe deposit box, travel adaptors but limited. It's good to bring your own if u need to charge alot of electronic stuffs. We had 1 from the hotel shared among 4 rooms. Quite pathetic. Everything else is fine except that mosquitoes are plenty. Hotel is about 5mins away from many local seafood places, 7eleven, massage parlour. 10mins walk from shopping bazaar & 15mind walk from Patong Beach.

nice place, comfortable
first couple of days was rough because the front desk folks did not speak english and just about everything was difficult The third day the owner showed up and he was great...service was impeccable, quick and very responsive to my needs.

Most welcoming place to stay
The hotel was just great. Upon checking in I was greeted with a cold fruit punch cocktail and that was really refreshing considering it was really hot outside. The manager is a young and really nice person that acts as a 'tourist helpline' for his guests. As a new guy in town, he sat down with me for a bit and taught me the dos and don'ts, Introduced me to some other people from other countries on vacation. I think the best of all is the fact that he went out with all of us to show us the night life.The pool was good. Pretty big, always clean. The staff does not bug you but as soon as you ask for anything, it's delivered right away. Open computer use for anybody needed to keep contact with friends and family.Place is about five minutes walk from the beach and say 10mins or less walk from the main strip (downtown area)Breakfast was good. The other food was OK....the best were the Thai foods for obvious reasons. Overall great experience...will definitely return to Andatel. I just want to say 'Thank You to [...] and his staff' for giving me a home away from home. CHEERS!!!

Just everything is within walking distance. Shopping mall to compare the cost of things before you start bargaining with street salesmen, Movies theatre, The beach (Para-sailing, jet skiing), Night life, Massage parlors....you name it and it was within site in a matter of minutes

建物は、ｷﾚｲな方だと思います。お部屋の造りが、かわいかった。ｽﾀｯﾌは、皆さんとてもﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰでした。朝食の卵・ﾍﾞｰｺﾝなどは、都度、作ってくれますが、ｺｰﾋｰやｼﾞｭｰｽは、味が薄かった。。。ﾋﾞｰﾁや繁華街からは離れてますが、ﾓｰﾀｻｲやﾄｫｸﾄｫｸを利用すれば問題なし。両替所やｺﾝﾋﾞﾆは、目の前にありますし、価格がもう少し安ければ、また利用したいです。
