Hotel was far away from the center of ao nang. In Addition, the closes beach, is not at all nice by thai standards. Stay at Raily beach or in the center for Ao Nang.

Rooms quite OK, clean and new
Rooms quite OK, clean and new however we stayed there for 4 nights and didn't have the linen changed even once. Breakfast was also a dissapointment, food didn't seem of particularly high standard execpt the eggs that were made on the spot. Milk and juices were not kept in ice, so were "warm". Also a bit away from the main town Ao Nang so if you are after convenience to town better find something closer to the town, this is about 5 mins by tuk tuk. For the budget conscious it's more than adequate, for those who expect high quality, better to stay somewhere else.
