Great Hotel - but confirm reservation!
This hotel was great - as long as your willing to understand that it is a Thai hotel. Their computer systems and infrastructure are good - but not great. The single biggest warning I would give is that we booked for 3 days, loved it here, and added 3 more days during the Christmas Season. This is a VERY popular time and hotels sell out quickly here[...]the staff is AMAZINGLY friendly. My partner was sick when we arrived and they gave us a free ride and helped us at the pharmacy when it turned out they didn't have any decongestants at the hotel. The cook here is AMAZING, the lunch/dinner food is delicious. The breakfast is standard so-so western fare....don't expect anything amazing.Koh Lanta is still developing so expect power outages on the island during peak seasons. For Christmas Eve there was so much power usage on the island the grid crashed for about an hour. However, that didn't stop the festivities and they got a generator going and it was a blast.If your expecting everything to be ultra lux - this is not your hotel, but if your ok with the laid back, charming, and ultra friendly ways - with some minor issues here and there to roll with...you will love it here.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Der
Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Der Raum ist zwar gross aber nicht sauber. Die Kleider wurden schmutzig, weil wir sie in den Schrank gelegt haben. Eimal haben sie vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen. Wenn gereinigt wurde, wurden keine Badetuecher hingelegt und kein Toilettenpapier aufgefuellt. Mussten alles an der Reception holen gehen. Es gab zuwenige Liegen am Strand und keine Sonnenschirme. Strandtuecher gabs auch zuwenig. Da half auch das nette laecheln von der netten Dame nicht und die Aussage morgen wird alles besser hat sich auch nicht erfuellt. Schade die Lage, der Pool und der Strand ist wuderbar.

very nice staff but not speaking
very nice staff but not speaking english properly. forget some orders at the restaurant. room with improvable confort (no mosquito net, no pressure in lavatory, bad smell, door lock broken). the Spa was closed during our all stay. good price for the location, but not international standards of service.
