Pra-Suthon specializes in "royal Thai" dishes, prepared with ancient recipes from the ruling class of the nation, as well as Western and fusion dishes. Preparations use fresh herbs and vegetables grown in the gardens of the resort. Pra-Suthon specializes in fresh-caught seafood, and offers guests a seafood beach barbecue every evening. For lighter, more casual dining, the Pool Bar offers sandwiches, salads and beverages. The elegantly furnished Lobby Bar offers cocktails, a beach view and live classical Thai music at Nora Beach Resort and Spa Koh Samui.
Guest rooms at Nora Beach Resort and Spa Koh Samui are spacious and feature a traditional yet contemporary Thai design. Dark woods, curtained four-poster beds and accessories in spice-colored Thai silk lend a romantic feeling to the rooms. All rooms include private telephones, flat-screen televisions with DVD players, coffee-makers and minibars. Hair-dryers and fluffy robes stock the amply sized bathrooms. Self-contained villas boast either a garden, beach or pool view. Some villas have access to a private pool.
A spa, oversized swimming pool and fitness center are among the highlights of Nora Beach Resort and Spa Koh Samui. The spa offers both Western and Asian treatments, plus Ytsara, a blend of both worlds. For a different type of relaxation, guests can grab a book and head for a lounge chair aside the oversize beachfront swimming pool. A fully equipped, air-conditioned fitness room is stocked with personal trainers. Guests can also rent snorkeling equipment for an underwater view of the gulf.
Place called the Cliff. it was on the edge of the ocean sitting up high. Great view and good food. it is on the way to the Samui Aqarium on the left. Another place is the Elephant . It has a great view of the ocean and some of the best cheese cake that I have eaten. It is toward the Big Budda next to the Fisherman strip I believe. Shops along the ocean there to buy things also.
