Long Bay Resort provides an accommodation at all levels to serve the tourists need. All 31 well designed huts & cottages are fully equipped with standard amenities and facilities. complimentary transfer from Thong Sala pier to the resort includes in all room types, Minivan pick up service is also available 24 hours on call (own payment) to and from the full moon party. Here you will find a wild range of hillocks, sandy white beach along the turquoise sea and turning into colorful backdrop when sunset at the end of the day. From the resort beachside, just in front, you can enjoy both swimming and diving in the sea where the coral reef is just 100 meters stunning ahead.

The staff are charming and that's

The staff are charming and that's about the best you can say about this awful hotel. We paid extra for an ocean front room - no mention of the construction going on both sides of our room 8am-8pm, the defunct pool, the open drains spilling out onto the beach or the suspicious sudden lack of ice and rancid drinks we were repeatedly served. They lie about when the construction will finish and when the pool can be used. On complaint, they moved our room but there was still noise. They make you pay upfront so you have no leverage, the food is awful and cold. They failed ring us for our wake up call, meaning we nearly missed our flight. The service was appallingly slow (one hour for dinner) and the shower was tepid and barely dribbled out. The room was big but the bed springs stuck in your back all night. It is a 40 minute trip to Haad Rin. I have had better $3 a night hotels in Cambodia. I recommend staying anywhere but here.
