Fabulous stay. Excellent staff

This is a fairly new hotel in a good location. Sophia was very helpful with information about renting motorbikes, excursions, etc., and she did not try to "push" any excursion packages on us. We were upgraded to a business room which was spacious and was decorated with lots of dark, heavy, teak furnishings. It worked well because the room had lots of natural light. Breakfast was included and was good to above average, and included choices for American and Continental breakfasts. The coffee was excellent. The staff super friendly. We have no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

un hôtel de charme

Nous avons séjourné du 15 au 30 mars 2012. La navette gratuite nous attendait à l'aéroport; l'accueil fut tout à fait charmant et nous avons été chouchouté par un personnel adorable, jeune , nombreux et plein d'entrain pendant toute la durée du séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans l'ancienne ville,dans le "walking Chang Mai". le personnel nous a présenté dès notre arrivée les principales visites possibles et les meilleurs petits restaurants à proximité. Leurs conseils étaient excellents et notre séjour a été idyllique.
