Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok

The lobby area and restaurant/shops are definitely 4 star. The staff was excellent. I had some issues with the safe in the room and they came up minutes after I called and reset it. The rooms are nothing fancy or over the top excellent to get a 4 star rating, but they were more than sufficient for my stay. My cover sheet had a couple small rips but I could tell they were clean. Having a mini fridge was nice. Didn't spend to much time in the room but to sleep and shower. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Everything about the Windsor Suites is perfect: the location, the staff, the amenities. And the price is one half, or even one third, the price of the "name" hotels, just a few blocks up or down Sukhumvit Road, that are don't have anything more to offer anything that Windsor Suites. There is no better hotel, or hotel buy, in Bangkok.

The hotel is great due to its staff, clean rooms, location and value. The room was big and the staff did a great job with the housecleaning. The staff also did a good job pointing out directions to points of interest. The location is close to the skytrain/BTS. Additionally, it is close to Terminal 21 shopping mall and a few great restaurants. The cons are the amenities. The pool area could be spruced up and the hotel looks a bit old, The water pressure was not as good but there was plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay for the cost.

Couldn't ask for more considering what I paved. Wonderful staff, great pool and comfortable atmosphere.

Good water pressure and friendly staff. They also have a nice pool. The rest is not so bright. Breakfast was not included, though I thought it was listed as such. The wifi was horrible. It only reached a small part of my room and cut off and on causing you to login in over and over when it even worked. The room was not as nice as the pictures. I can not recommend this hotel, even though the area is a nice place to be for bars and fun.

Hotel is very old. Room is not clean, and worn out. Most terrible is the washroom. Bathtub leaking, walls, toilet bowl & water sink all have black or yellow stains. Staff who came up to check leaked bathtub does not speak English, so we got stuck with this room for our whole trip, 5 nights. manager too busy to come up, and finally we were told there is no spare room to move us due to full house, and not a single word to apologize. When we booked the hotel, free wifi is included in the price. when we checked in the hotel very late at night, and found out we had to pay $15.00/day for wifi. I did not fight with the staff because we were too tired after a 30 hrs flight to Bangkok. The next day I went to the lobby and tried to reason this matter with a manager, we finally were honored a 5-day free wifi at the mercy of that manager. I have been traveling to lot of countries including Asia, Europe, China and North America. By far, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed recently for the past 10 years. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. It's only 5 minutes walking to major shopping center, sky train and subway. Other than that, I will never recommend this hotel.

Good location and good staff. Good value. Nice pool, nice weight room, 2 tvs is room, good size rooms. Food is great in Bangkok. Has number one disco in hotel for young adults. Theres a great bakery in hotel as well. Two blocks from best park in Bangkok; and 3 blocks from best shopping mall, called Paragon.

Windsor Suites No hot water, water leaked all over the bathroom, management was unsympathetic, food sucked, paint and decor of room was old, extra charge for guest in your room, even if a friend comes over for a drink or to watch a game on TV. towels were old, TV and selection was bad, I would never stay there again.. You get what you pay for. Leave your wife at home

We had a good time at Windsor Suites Hotel, great location, good access to metro and shopping malls. Good night life in the evenings. Hotel was also good, we would have expected a bit more of 'luxury' or 'style' considering it is a pretty big and 4 star hotel. Suites were ok, comfortable and spacious, cleanness average, it doesn't shine but very decent. Also very nice views if you are staying in one of the highest floors (we stayed on floor 21st). One thing: we didn't enjoy the breakfasts very much, always full of people, staff did not pay enough attention on cleaning tables and meals were pretty average. Our advice, have breakfast early as it can get quite noisy and busy after 8.30

The location was pretty good, close to everything. Including transportation: taxi & sky train. Their breakfast was a big buffet and was open really earily so I was able to get a bite before I went out on a tour.
