rooms had no windows. TV channels are few especially for foreign tourist to watch on. Still needs to improve their services. No slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste in the room.

Very happy to stay at Unico Leela
Very happy to stay at Unico Leela Bangkok. Am very happy with the service provided by the front desk staffs and also the porter. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It will be better if Hotel can place in more toliet items: example. Toothbrush and Tooth Paste and maybe a comb. As this will be useful for travellers as there is no nearby locations who sell these. Overall, I will be back to stay at the hotel again for my next visit.

This is the first time I have
This is the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel room with no window so it was impossible to tell whether it was day or night. The corridor was blocked off with a sheet of plywood, apparently due to renovations which were taking place. Very noisy place which I would definitely not recommend to anyone. The breakfast was well over-priced at 150THB.

The buffet breakfast was fine
The buffet breakfast was fine and we found the location to be excellent for our needs. The facility and service matched the reasonable price. Would stay there again.

will definately return. great value for money, friendly. only thing almost to clean as mop was out more than mcdonalds so around your feet in reception. and wireless internet signal to weak to go beyond reception desk, needs a booster. but i returned with family the following week and they gave us the same perfect adjoining rooms advise guests to pay small extra for executive rooms
