Hi [Website], We are seasoned travellers but my wife nearly had heart failure on viewing the hotel, thats when the taxi driver finally found the property. You get what you pay for. The hotel is located in a back lane about 500 meters off Sathorn Road and would be more suited to singles and backpackers on a tight budget as its not family orientated. The staff were very friendly and tried to please. The glossy pictures do not give a true representation. The closest transport (BRT) is 20 minutes walk and no cover when raining. For $20.00 extra there are better properties available on the [website] website.

Place is very far away from everything

Place is very far away from everything and while they told me there was a free shuttle service, when I arrived they said oh sorry tuktuk is broken, no service. Quite a walk to the BTS station. I never come again.

(1)I wrote an e-mail to this hotel

(1)I wrote an e-mail to this hotel before checking in, but no one reply. (2)They did not change bedsheets everyday, even we have mentioned it to the desk. (3)Towels and bathroom are dirty. (4)The extra bed is deformed, not even, very not comfortable. (5)Sound insulation is terrible. (6)Breakfast is not okay, they even only provided fruits for breakfast. (7)The location is far from the BTS station. Really not a good choice to select this hotel. We felt very disappointed about this hotel.
