it was ok although the booking in was a bit slow due to power cuts in the area building work taking place nearby,however i never experinced this agin during my stay. Overhall quite good hotel.

If you just need a comfortable, good size room at a central location, this is the place.

I was put in a room on the second floor...the room faces a restaurant/bar and a narrow street with parked taxis (the taxi drivers would try to sell everyone everything...taxi rides...massage services. and more)...if you open the curtain in my room all these street people would see everything in my room...the street was extremely noisy all night long.. drunken bagpackers who would cry out a lot of words with umlaut, local peoople trying to sell all kinds of things, motor cycles racing through, cars....it was a nightmare which I did not need to fall into sleep to get...I would avoid this hotel at any costs the room appears to be clean at first...then I found on my bath towel (there was stuff that look like blood stains)...the drainage system probably did not work prorperly, so there was a strong foul oder coming from the toilet area of the bathroom.....they have one of those modern Asian AC units with a remote...at first, I thought that was a good sign...but it turned out the AC was extremely noisy, comparable to the noise level of those old window AC units found in a cheap, old and smelly motel by the highway in a poopr US state... they have two bath robes in my room..but the bathrobes had a very strong-weird smell (it was explained to me that the previous guests ordered the roomservice of "aroma body massage" offered by the massage parlor located on the first floor of the hotel"...so I guess by wearing the robe (either one of the two in my room), you would get some of that "nice" aroma from the previous guests and these nice massage ladies who look to be in their 60's

Completely satisfied with this hotel. Food is great.

staff very friendly and helpfull. It very near with BTS, stay here easy to go any interesting place.

A very convenient location near the sky train by which you can connect to the airport link and avoid constant Bangkok traffic jams. A very nice staff, rooms nice, mine was with a balcony. Didn´t have time to check the pool and the gym. I would stay there again.

Convienient location just near railway station & with a daily rail pass were able to travel all around.

This is a new hotel with all facilities and comfortable rooms. A room upgrade for staying for more than 3 nights made it good value. The bed was comfortable and a free DVD player was provided on request. The staff went out of their way to be helpful but unfortunately they did not have some of the information as the Bangkok Tourist Office provide very little information. The hotel is about 2 mins from the skyrail which with the other railway lines is a much better way to get around than any others. More lines are under construction. It is not cheap but nowhere in Bangkok that is any good is cheap and so we would stay here again. One unfortunate point is that the construction of the hotel is poor so things are failing that will need to be fixed very soon - eg curtains are falling off the tracks, there is evidence of water leaks etc,
