Reception is rude and AZ not working properly

The receptionist was not friendly and actually borderline rude, not just to me but also to the two guests who checked in before I did. The rest of the hotel staff was ok. My room was very hot when I got there and it took forever until the loud AZ cooled it down a bit. I honestly not recommend this hotel

Excellent spot before or after flight into or out of Bangkok

The location of this new and modern hotel is very close to the airport making it an ideal place to stay coming or going from Bangkok. The roof top restaurant affords a lovely view of the nightime skyline and delicious and very affordable food. Surprisingly, it was quiet sleeping even though it was so close to the airport. We would most certainly stay there again.
