Luxury Bangkok hotel with four restaurants, two bars and swimming pools
On the banks of the Chao Phraya, the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers embodies an escape from urban stresses. Peacocks roam the garden area surrounding one of two outdoor pools, while comfortable beds carry guests to easy slumber. The four restaurants and two bars provide ample dining choices. Guests work out at all hours in the well-equipped fitness center or pamper themselves at the luxurious spa.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. You are made to feel very welcome. We opted for the tower suites again as were very impressed with the extras. We loved having the laundry included of 3 items for each person per day. Promptly brought back same day beautifully packaged and hung up for us. The impressive afternoon tea, and pre dinner drinks with snacks was very generous and appetising. Complimentry shuttle boat to rail not only convenient but entertaining. The only negative is that only 1 hour of internet use is included per day on their allocated computers. Why is wi fi not complimentary and available on your lap top or iphone in your room?

Lovely hotel, nothing to fault
Lovely hotel, nothing to fault here! Fantastic views over the Chao Phaya river. The breakfast buffet was very expensive, although the food was good.

We got discounted price hence
We got discounted price hence stayed here, but otherwise would've chosen somewhere more centrally located (closer to Siam Square), since this hotel is a bit far from BTS and MRT, and there's only Shuttle Boat to BTS every 30 mins (starting 10am). Breakfast was not included and very expensive (THB 700++ per person) hence didnt take it. Room is spacious, clean, and nice view overlooking Chaophraya river, very convenient for those taking the river cruise just next door!

Pure luxury!
After 3 weeks in Laos it was a treat to turn up at the Sheraton. We were upgraded so had a fantastic view. Pure luxury!

Excellent!!!!
The Royal Orchid Sheraton is perfectly located with great access to all the important sites. The staff was always courteous and helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also excellent. We had rooms that overlooked the river and it was a spectacular view particularly at night.

Unbeatable value for 5 star luxury
I was feeling a little unwell prior to checking-in and, on requesting a doctor from 'at your service', one arrived within 30 minutes. The food and service provided by room service were exemplary, supplying a table, table cloth, orchid and first class Italian dishes.Lasagne in particular was excellent. Watching the river traffic from the comfort of my 18th floor upgraded preferred guest room was fascinating.

Excellent Hotel in Bangkok
Great experience. Check-in was quick and painless. The Front Desk clerk actually walked me to my room. Bellman immediately brought my luggage to my room. He was helpful making suggestions on places to go. He was always there with a pleasant greeting remembering my name. Room is great with a great view of the river. Hotel located next to river and a mall. Good location. Breakfast buffet a bit pricey but had the works. Nice to enjoy your breakfast facing the water. Great experience.
