You can do better...
Welcome to 1980! Dated carpet, fixtures, bathroom. No in-room wifi (supposedly available on some floors). Visible black mold on bathroom ceiling and damp smell coming from AC. Good breakfast. There are MUCH better options in BKK.

Good Hotel in Bangkok
I had to stay one day in Bangkok and it was an excellent choice putting price in consideration it is located right next to Makkasan railway station and many local transportation is available that can take you to SIAM square and other parts of the city. The hotel itself had a friendly staff and very clean rooms and there is a free internet access available in the hotel too.
