This is not a 4 star hotel
No matter what criteria you use, this is not a 4 star hotel, its 3 star at best I booked this hotel at short notice, they had vacancies, now I know why The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a '4 star' hotel - little choice, no chef to make omelettes etc, the breakfast room is too small and has no character The barthrooms are old and tired with the shower over the bath, and need to be refurbished - the room was otherwise ok The swimmimg pool is small and unattractive, one look and you will not want to spend any time there Answering the simplest of questions semed to be a chore for reception staff, housekeeping staff however were friendly and helpful Location very close to Nana BTS - 5 minute walk In summary there are many genuiene 4 star hotels in BKK that are nicer and offer much better value for money

Best Feature is Washing/Drying Machine, Worst feature is bathroom
This hotel is a great location for nightlife and because its near the BTS. The best thing about the room is that they all have washing machines for laundry. But really the showers SUCK. The room is a 3 or 4, but the bathroom is only a 2, so that lowers that total score to 3 at best. The bathroom has one of those "half bath" walls and there is no way to shower without making a complete mess and water soaking the floor everywhere. Really idiotic.

Great location, lovely pool, overall fantastic stay

Great Location in Nana, close to BTS
This is a great location for a hotel of this caliber. Most other hotels in the area are dumps. Very close to Nana station and all the girlie bars you could ever ask for, yet I saw plenty of families staying at the hotel too. Would stay here again. Big rooms, good breakfast. Nice cafe across the street.

Good hotel and location
I normally target the $40 to $50/night range in Bangkok but decided to step it up a notch. I'd learned of this hotel based on strong recommendations - big rooms being with nice balconies being the big draw. On arrival, the facility is very attractive but very focused on function. There is no sitting area in the lobby. It has a sterile feel. The staff was efficient but not warm. On arrival in the room I was a bit underwhelmed. There was a stale smell in the room and I could not get the TV to work. I asked for help at the desk and the rep I spoke with responded without apology, seemed almost a bit put off. Again, not a lot of personality. However, when I returned to the room - the room smell was truly fresh and the TV was fixed. So ... very responsive. I just wish they had more customer service in terms of personality. For the price I paid, I would have expected better. This is a very nice place for family, or situation where you want to have two bedrooms for the price of one. The rooms are that big! For my purposes, I would likely stick to the mid-end, $40/night, room in the future. I just need a clean room, close to Sukhumvit/Sky Train with strong Internet.

Nice stay
Great getaway
Great stay in this hotel, clean and spacious' one room suite. Initially had issue checking-in as they want to charge for extra bed which was included during my confirmation. Need to show them the copy of the chat transcript before they agreed. Friendly staff. Breakfast almost similar daily but alright & sufficient if you are not fussy. Conveniently located and just 5 mins walk to Nana BTS which get you to most of the places.
