Simply AMAZING!
Stayed at this hotel on a 3 nights stop-over and was absolutely blown away by the place, but what made it amazing for me was the staff, from Miss Joy, who checked me in and personally showed me my room, to everybody else who always greeted me with a smile. My room was immaculately clean and spacious and very classily (a word??!) decorated. Good pool and gym. Definately going back. Bravo y felicitaciones!

Amazing Oriental!
It was one of the best hotel stays ever! This place is simply amazing- service at the highest level, beautiful design of whole property. Spoteless clean as well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location- peaceful and quiet, but close to Skytrain. I would definietly stay here again. I have seen it's main competitors, and in my oppinion Oriental Residence is absolutely the best.

Absolutly wonderful
Stayed here over the first leg of our Thailand trip. Hotel was perfect. Very beautiful, clean, and they think of all the details. If you forgot something they will get it for you! The staff was very helpful in arranging taxis and telling us where to go after asking us what we felt like doing. There is a shuttle at certain times too. Loved the French press maker in the morning and the huge rainfall shower. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, that my wife and I slept till noon the next day after a very long trip in. Cool open air pool and restaurant on site. Great cocktails! The hotel is located pretty close to Siam square and MBK. We walked most times back and fourth but if you don't, they will drop you off. Great hotel. You won't be disappointed!

Jeremy's visit to Bangkok
The staff gave me a warm welcome upon my arrival. The culture of Bangkok is amazing. Room service at this hotel is five-star quality. Location is perfect for those who are visiting the first time as it is adjacent to the U.S. Embassy. Taxi service is just a few minute wait. Shopping and dining are just a few minutes drive away or one can walk to nearby stores. Touring in Bangkok is a must for anyone wishing to see the World!
