Average hotel
I thought that the hotel was over priced. The location right next to the airport is great, however the hotel itself is only average. No free internet, no flat screen TV, no free breakfast. The staff at the main desk are not fluent in English. The rooms are nice but nothing unusual. In the hotel lobby is an excellent art gallery that has some very unique pieces.

Yes you can walk to the airport through the tunnel but it is a long walk if you have any luggage. The shuttle is easier and just as fast.

One night stay on way to Hong Kong
We were really impressed with the hotel. It was beautiful, decorated for Christmas, rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. It was very convenient as we were catching an early flight the next day. The shuttle was quick and ready at the said times. Would go back if in the area.

Perfect for layover
We were only here a few hours and it was slightly more than some other hotels BUT the convenient location, free FREQUENT shuttle, ability to walk to the hotel from airport, easy check in and check out made it a choice I would make again. Modern clean rooms and bathroom. Wished I could have been there longer.

Best place to spend the night if you have a connection the following day in bangkok!
As many travelers know, the traffic to and from bangkok and the airport can take up to two hours. For the many travelers who have an overnight stop over in Bangkok, this is a fantastic , clean and peaceful oasis. The hotel couldn't be closer and the accommodations couldn't be any more modern and clean. even room service was good! and reasonable.

Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport
The hotel is really convenient if you need to be near the airport. We only spent a few hours there, but the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The ground transportation from the airport to and from the hotel was great. The hotel is enormous, so I would only go there to be near the airport, not as a destination or to relax.. The room service was also better than I expected.

Efficient, Convenient, Comfortable
Novotel is a great choice for those needing a hotel at the Bangkok Suvanrabhumi Airport. From the polite reception desk on the 2nd level in the airport, to the immediate transfer of guests and baggage to the hotel, the efficient check in and out, and transfer back to the airport we could not be more pleased with our stay. These factors were utmost to us as we were in transit. The room was also very comfortable and completely without fault. While a little expensive at about $40 per person including wine, the dinner buffet was top quality and extremely delicious. We will definitely use this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a place at the Bangkok airport.
