clean as can be!
The front desk had our reservations for Jan.2 instead of Dec.3 and that's the one and only complaint I have. The room was clean, really clean! I have worked in house keeping for years and happen to be a clean freak so when I say it was clean, it really means some thing!

Great stopover location
We stayed at this hotel for one night, essentially during a long layover traveling from Phuket to Tokyo, Japan. The free shuttle service was very convenient and fast and we took it both to and from the airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly and spoke perfect English. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable and modern. Price is a bit higher than what we paid when we stayed "in" Bangkok, but given the location to the airport, that is to be expected.

Really nice place - did not seem like the airport was next door
Very nice place to relax after a hard day touring the very hot, crowded city. The only complaints I had were that the food was too expensive and it was largely buffet, which is a waste. The cafe was good and a better value, if you want only pastries and coffee. Also, the clothes line in the bathroom was broken (Would not extend to the other wall). I mentioned it three times to the desk staff and it was never fixed. The pool was beautiful and the staff was great.

Short walk from hotel
There is an underground walkway to the train, which goes to the city center, and to the airport. Almost faster than the shuttle to the airport. There is an express train for 150 bht round trip - totally worth it. The express and the local both end up at Paya Thai station, and you can walk to a few restaurants or find a taxi or tuk tuk from there.

Staff is incredibly rude, should have had breakfast included, clearly depicted on rate and they didn't honor it. Room was ok, way overpriced, wouldn't recommend or stay here again.
