Good location - close to skytrain stop. Calm hotel, though noise from other guests and in corridors an irritation.

My experience with the Regular Lobby staff was good. The Management was unpleasant. The Management staff was "cold" and rarely smiled or seemed pleased that I was a guest. When even simple requests were made they were met with a usual reply of, "If you would of used our website, then perhaps we could grant that request." It didn't matter that my stay was for 40 days. No consideration was given for should a lenghty stay. Not even the simple one day BTS cards that were given out. If it wasn't for being near the hospital where I had surgery. I would of left this hotel after the first couple of days. The free breakfast is terrible. The quality of the food boundered on poor to poorer from day to day. I only handled eating the food by supplimenting it with items purchased at the local store. Often, the good items, like bacon, they would run out of and when I informed the staff person. He would bring out only a few pieces of bacon for several people who would be waiting for the bacon. My final comment about the food is, "DON'T DRINK THE COFFEE." The coffee is the worst coffee. It tasted like it had been sitting in that pot for hours and hours. I think that what was used the day before was reheated for the next day. To a coffee drinker, it was an offence. Overall, the lower ranking staff people made the stay okay, given my main need of being near the hospital. They were pleasant and made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel to the BTS is very good. The location of the hotel to some of the colourful shopping on Sukhumvit Rd. is very good. The location to the Bank for money exchange is very good. And finally, the location to both Thai style and Western style restaurants is very good. Would I stay at this hotel again. I don't think so unless I was again going to be at the near by Bumrungrad hospital.

Good location convenient to BTS or MRT connections. Very reasonable price with breakfast, right where you always wanted to be. Highly recommended for causal travelers who expected nothing but the cleanness. Have fun staying there....

The location of Legacy Express is great. Conveniently located at Soi 1 and Sukhumvit Road you have walking access to the most entertaining area of Bangkok as well as easily access to the BTS. There is a 7/11 convenience store at the hotel's entrance. On the negative side, the front desk staff is quite slow and unresponsive, had it not been for the Bell Captain Watcharapong (very resourceful, ask for him by name), it possible I could still be waiting to both check in and check out. Following my stay, the hotel arranged for my transportation to Pattaya via limousine for 1200 baht. Although the the rooms had a nice decor of contemporary American fair, I found the rooms to quite small. Additionally there is only natural ventilation in the bathroom via a window which is too high to be easily opened and closed.

Right on the main road just after the Express Highway, just left turn and in 10 meters, the hotel is right there. Very helpful staff and would strongly recommended for travelers who love the simple things in life. Easy access for the BTS (Pleon Chit Station) to connect places of interested, shopping and eateries. Enjoy...the life of Thailand.

Very new hotel in a great location, just a few minutes from BTS. The doorman and bellboy were excellent....both were extremely friendly and a good source of knowledge. Hotel is also next door to 7/11. Room is modern and bathroom is clean and spacious.

I stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. I loved that the hotel was only a 5 min walk from the sky train ( Ploenchit Station) so I didn't have much trouble getting back to the hotel when it rained. nuk kian: The staff were okay but I was quite impressed with the security guard's service, very helpful. I didn't like the internet service though. I had some problems with it due to the heavy rain and when I called the staff at front desk, she wasn't so helpful.

Frühstück ist eine katastrofe!! Der Saal ist wie ein Keller und das Essen war sehr schlecht. Nicht geniessbar und wird auch nicht nachgefüllt. Das Zimmer war klein und sauber auch nicht. Die Putzfrau hat nicht wirklich geputzt. Wie wir es hinterlassen haben so blieb es.

若以此價格, 酒店各方面都可以接受, 唯一缺點是太嘈, 因為位於高速公路旁及房內分體式冷氣, 就算關閉所有窗, 都可以聽到嘈雜聲, 特別是單數房號.

接待人員大部份皆不是很熱情 表情也很冷淡 ，早餐非常的差，飯店一樓就有便利商店，隔壁有宵夜可吃，離捷運站步行5分鐘可到。
