Location
The hotel is
conveniently located, only a short distance to the central business district, embassies and major tourist attractions. At your doorstep

Losing their Customer Service
I have stayed at this hotel at least 50 times. On this occasion I was very disappointed. I was allocated a room, the size of my bathroom (Room 1340) This room was very small and you can't even walk past the bed to get to the window. You have to climb over the bed. I was told by reception that this was the room that I paid for!!! I booked this trip on a well known site, just like previous trips. I was very disappointed on this occasion. My next trip to Bangkok is in June and after a very long relationship with staying at the Indra Regent, I might start looking at other establishments in the Pratunam area. There are a number of new hotels that might be worth while looking at.

I really enjoyed staying in Indra Regent Hotel in Bangkok. What I liked very much? Very swift check in and check out. On the check out day, bell captain came to my room on the 16th. floor within two minutes after my phone call.

the restaurant prices were expensive
the restaurant prices were expensive for the quality of food supplied. the exception was breakfast really good omelettes and abundent amount of food. the rooms were quite noisy due to the loadspeakers from the political protests. need to review their pricing for internet access 250b per hour is excessive far cheaper to get an aircard and sim 20hrs 107baht

We have stayed at this hotel many
We have stayed at this hotel many times but we would not stay again. The hotel put us in a poor room although they had on record it was for 2 people they only supplied one cup and saucer, one bottle of compementary water, the room you couldn't swing a cat round in and to get into and out of bed was almost a Houdini act. The breakfasts were very poor quality and when the cofee ran out with 10 minutes to go there were no refills. The safe was faulty and the emergency light was non existant. Following a lengthy argument they finally moved us to an acceptable room.

The Indra Regent is a little worn
The Indra Regent is a little worn these days but still offers a comfortable, clean room and a great location for shopping. The breakfast is lovely but other food offerings are ordinary and over-priced - you are better off eating at nearby locatiosn such as the shopping mall. Staff are great - very helpful and friendly. Other hotel services are also overpriced and there is no wifi or internet in your room. Again suggest using internet services nearby - chepaer and faster than hotel's.
