L'eau chaude de la douche se coupe régulièrement. Le personnel est aimable. Très proche du BTS(métro) mais il n'y a pas grande chose à visiter autour.

BTSチョノンシー駅の目の前なので、BTSを利用して移動す
BTSチョノンシー駅の目の前なので、BTSを利用して移動するには便利です。スワンナプーム空港からエアポート・エクスプレス・バスで、AE1路線のソフィテル・シーロム前で下車して、徒歩でホテルに行きましたが、AE3路線のBTSオンヌット駅で下車して、BTSに乗り換えた方が時間の節約になります。ただし、エアポートリンクが営業開始したら、そちらの方が良いでしょう。 "Deluxe Room - 2 Twin (Single) Beds Or 1 Double Bed" を今回予約しましたが、朝食は付いておらず、ホテル内のレストランで朝食をとる場合には、別料金となります。朝食代は295バーツで、特筆することのない普通のバイキングです。外で食べた方が良いと思います。浴室は、シャワーのみで、バスタブはありません。 客室には、有線のインターネット回線が来ており、LANケーブルが備え付けられております。回線速度は、実効速度で概ね100KB/sec程度です。

泊まった人は 横山峰昭 ヨコヤマ ミネアキ です。名前出していいです。 室内の白、所々の赤、黒色系の絨毯の質とともに調和が取れていて嬉しくなる。 デスクにスタンドが欲しいところです。 ROOM７１４（GRAND)の長いソファーは多目的に使え愉快です。 ３ヶ月前の朝食より内容が明らかに良くなっています。

We were very disappointed the
We were very disappointed the service in I-residence. We arrived in the afternoon before 2pm and receptionist requested all information for our stay. (3 people, 2 nights) We went back to hotel around 11pm and the room didn’t have an extra bed for 3rd people. We waited for 20mins to have an extra bed ready and there was no towel and slipper …etc for extra person. We only received slippers when we ask it twice and ask ‘Why…?’ again …again. The shower facility was not very good in the room we stayed. We repoted it next day but didn’t fix it when we came back. We stayed three hotels in Bangkok , they all very friendly and helpful. We asked the receptionist in I-residence to make a phone call for spa reservation ; she charged 10 Bht. Most of them can help us to request and book it for free.
