Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal21

The location is excellent. Just at the exit of the BTS and no need to downstairs to the street. The room has really nice city view, and the bed is very comfortable. There are some massage shop nearby, the quality is quite good but the price is cheap. Really good experience.

No hot water in the shower. Very low pressured toilet which means it does not flush well. It's a hi tech digital toilet which allows user the option of using tissue paper or water irrigation for cleansing. The paperless water cleansing toilet may seem like a good idea but the water spray creates nothing but a mess. One still needs toilet tissue which will then clogs the plumbing. This is a 5 star hotel ?? Pool is gorgeous except it's freezing cold because there's no hot water remember? Breakfast is pretty good if free but I had to pay extra 500 Baht so it's not that good. Good news is that location is fantastic, hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall and restaurants and movie theater. Room is super clean & white just like my dentist clinic thus lacking any charm or character unless your favorite "color" is white. The gym is awesome though, too bad I couldn't sleep in there cuz the locker room had hot water. I paid for 3 nights but checked out after the 2nd night and checked into a 2 star hotel next to a BTS at 1000 baht/night which had plenty of hot water, small but clean and a great working toilet, Yes !

This hotel has only ONE thing going for it, LOCATION. Its in Terminal 21 next to the Asoke BTS exit so its great location. But other than that this hotel pretty much sucks for the price. For a place that claims to be 5 stars, they have TWIN beds, not even a full or queen bed. The MINIMUM a hotel should have is a queen bed if you claim its 5 stars. Service was lackluster, definitely not what you expect from Thailand, and definitely not was you would expect for the price (paid $150 a night for tiny room with two twin beds!). The nicest people at the hotel was the security guards! Front staff were showed very little courtesy. Amenities also sucked, for a 5 star hotel they didn't even have guest bathrobes! The only amenity in the room were disposable sandals. I stayed at the Chatrium Riverfront Hotel during my stay in Bangkok as well, and that hotel actually IS 5 stars. I would avoid Grand Centre Point Terminal 21 at all cost unless location is the only thing that you care about. However the other Centre Point apartment/hotels are nice, I've stayed at the one in Wireless Road and others from the same company and they were exceptionally nice and friendly staff. For some reason this one just sucks. Which is a shame because I really wanted to like it since it has a great location.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Direkter Zugang vom Hotel zur Skytrainstation Asok und in zwei Minuten zur U-Bahnstation Sukhumvit. Man kann also Bangkok erkunden, ohne sich mit dem Taxi durch den Verkehr zu quälen. Ein Einkaufszentrum, das Terminal 21 ist auch direkt vom Hotel über Rolltreppe zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers (Deluxe) im 16. Stock war einfach fantastisch - Promotionpreis von rund 90 Euro pro Nacht. Der Ausblick durch die sehr sehr großen Fenster über die Bangkoker Skyline bei Nacht einfach beeindruckend. Großer Samsung-Flatscreen-TV und im geräumigen Bad mit separater Dusche und Badewanne war sogar der Toilettensitz beheizt. Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen, vom äußeren Anschein lohnt es sich aber. Kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel,ravie,super vue sur bangkok,petit dejeuner excellent,varié pour toutes les nationalités,chambre spatieuse,salle de bain également,machine à laver et micro onde,très bonne situation avec centre commercial attenant à l hôtel,je recomande vivement!

Schöne Suite aber es könnte sauberer geputzt werden toller Ausblick ! Und die Lage des Hotels ist Super !

Ich habe dieses Hotel wegen seiner Lage und der Anbindung an den Skytrain gebucht. Ausschlaggebend war auch die Poolanlage. Beide Kriterien erfüllten meine Erwartungen, der Pool ist schön und gross. Negativ bleibt mir jedoch in Erinnerung, dass mein Zimmer trotz später Ankunft nach 16.00 nicht bereit war. Mein Zimmer war die ganze nie vor 16.00 gereinigt. 2 personen reinigten 25 Zimmer, dafür stehen unten in der Lobby diverse Leute herum. Für den Preis gibt es in Bangkok bessere Alternativen !
