Decent
I was not the biggest fan of Bangkok -- with the constant stream of panhandlers, ripoff attempts by taxi drivers and the like. That being said, the hotel was not bad. It does however, charge for maid service, replacement towels, etc. I cannot emphasize enough to be careful in Bangkok. Convenient stores will replace Evian bottles with tap water so only buy bottled water with a seal you personally inspect.

I had a great stay here and highly
I had a great stay here and highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value, as with other Citadines hotels I've stayed in. They don't play games with the minibars and internet and such. You get a very clean and big room (they could easily have put a little wall between the bedroom and living area and called it a 1-BDRM suite). They have a kitchen (although I didn't use it) with a large fridge. No mini-bar, which I actually count as a plus; there's a 7-eleven nearby, so just stock up yourself at 1/4 of minibar prices. Complimentary 2 bottles of water. Free internet that actually worked well. The hotel has a lap pool on the roof and somewhat expensive laundry machines (90 Baht to was and 90 baht to dry, so about $5 U.S. total). I found the staff to be very competent, friendly, and accomodating.

New service appartment in good
New service appartment in good location. Flat are quite small but with good equipment. Very clean. ith my wife we had a pleasant stay. Would love to have a larger bed as the double is a bit small. The bathroom is also too small.

Nice facilities
The hotel staff were very helpful from the time I checked in up to the day I checked out. Cleaning staff were respectful and did meticulous work. The facilities inside the room were really nice and looked like they're new. I liked the fact that the hotel has coin-operated laundry facilities.

There's a restaurant nearby that serves very good Thai cuisine. I had a wonderful dinner at the Chili Culture restaurant beside the nearby 7-11.

Nice Hotel
This hotel is in a convenient location in the sukhumvit area, and is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice but not overly helpful for touring suggestions.

Perfect Location and Price
This is a very new hotel. They have a very nice fitness room. They have a coin laundry room. It is all very clean. Free internet hard wire in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check out at 2pm with no hassel at all. The hotel is close to everything. The free breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it was good enough to get you started. I was only there for three nights. I would stay there again.

Had a pleasant stay. The ony comment is that the pillows were very high and could not get softer pillows. I would recommend the hotel ensure there is the option of other types of pillows.

Great modern rooms, great location
Great modern rooms, great location with a very good price. Only downside was breakfast was poorly organised but it's not the end of the world.
