nasty desk staff

I've stayed here before and been stung by the incredible international call rate, which was badly or incorrectly explained and resulted in a $30+ call that I expected to be $5. I was told I could stay on at the online rate, then was told that it was their usual rate. And people's English is very poor, so simple requests are not understood, and the staff just walk away rather than pursue the matter. Some desk staff are polite, but watch out for the day and night managers.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

The Hotel Centralia pool is fantastic and you can walk in and order a drink, then swim as long as you like! The drinks and food aren't even too expensive, with non-alcoholic fancy drinks $5 and mai tais etc. about $12 -- not bad for turning a cheap hotel stay into a luxury rooftop pool vacation.

Location is ok,but the hotel is

Location is ok,but the hotel is really old, everything need updrade. The room is poor, breakfast nothing presented to choice.

For this great location just in

For this great location just in front of Isetan department store & Central World, I don't complain anything as the price is very reasonable. This is the place same as a Youth Hostel in Tokyo. As I wanted to have just to sleep and leave my things, this place is more than enough. Hopefully they can continue to run their business. Only the second building from the hotel is Thai Post Office, it was very practical to buy postal stamp for sending cards.

前回宿泊時は禁煙ルームを希望したにも関わらず、喫煙ルームをあてがわれたので、今回予約する際、相当クレームをつけた所、ちゃんと今回は禁煙ルームをあてがってくれた。深夜にも関わらず、ポーターが部屋まで荷物を運んでくれて嬉しかった。すぐそばに換金率の良い”スーパーリッチ”という両替店があるので、その点ではここのホテルはお勧めです。
