Bandara Suites Silom Bangkok

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and have no hesitation to stay again. The rooms are well designed and spacious. The Hotel Management were gracious and helpful for anything needed. Internet was not included during my stays - which I thought was odd, given the market. There is a nice pool, business center, and restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is situated within a short walk of Saladaeng Skytrain station and Silom MTR, and the hustle of Silom and Patpong markets. I'd recommend this place.

The service was great, convenient location close to the busting Silom road and BTS station. Great value for the price. We got the 1 bedroom suite. Although the furniture was a bit old, but it's overall comfortable.

only down side was that no taxi drivers were familiar with the hotel, so we had a bit of a time getting home sometimes, great one It was a great one bedroom suite, nice to have a kitchen.

The Business suite we had was well below the standard we expected. Old furniture and fittings had seen better days

突然のチェックアウト時間変更（１２：００を１８：００に）スペシャルリクエストの際非常に紳士的な対応をしていただけた。（価格面でも） 今回で3回目のビジネススイートの利用でしたが、部屋の備品が全て古いタイプの部屋（８階）でキッチンに電子レンジが無かったです。前回（１回目～２回目）に宿泊した２２階、１６階の部屋とは全然違いがっかりです。 総合評価としてこれからも利用はしますが、同じ料金を払って違いがあることには残念な結果です。

今回が３度目の利用ですが、いつも変わらない優れたサービスレベルで迎えてくれます。

旅館很乾淨,毛巾上都會有淡淡的香味, 離兩條線的silom和saladaeng走路大概都10分鐘,週遭也還滿多小吃,晚上的服務人員英文比較差,不過還算可以溝通,但都很親切,是一間還會想再去住的旅館

BTSサラデーンからは徒歩１２～１３分程度と遠い。モタサイを使える人は問題なしか。 最近、レセプションに日本人（女性）が入った。 リノベーションされた部屋の方が高級感がある。

夜遊びだけするには　最高の立地。 夜中の隣のディスコの音が少しうるさいかも。 朝食も最低限の食事です。　ﾊﾞﾘｴが少ないので　数日泊まると飽きます。

ホテルのレセプションに日本語を話す女性スタッフが一人いるのは英語の苦手な人にとっては便利だろう。また、この人は大変親切です。しかし、横柄な日本人客が言葉が通じるのを良いことに暴言や無理難題を吐くのを見ると残念である。 レセプショニストに対し、ちょっと苦言。（ある意味siteに対しても） チェックアウトをしようとした時、カードで前払いを下にも拘わらず部屋代を請求された。 しかしその内容が、2000バーツをカードで払ったのに対して1600バーツの請求。 今回は同じホテルに複数回（4回）滞在したの 、その間にどうなっているのかチェックさせたところ、ホテルがsiteに対して請求した額だった。 従ってsiteが400バーツを利益として取っていることが判明してしまったが、それはともかく、siteとしてきちんとホテルに支払を完了し、利用者に請求が回るようなことの無いようにして欲しい。
