We were very upset when we reached
We were very upset when we reached the hotel at 3 am in the morning with 2 kids and they told us they were fully booked. We were supposed to check in around 10pm at night but our flight was delayed. The Manager even said that it's the problem between the booking agent and us, but we told him there was no agent as we booked online and paid in full. So after some discussion, the receptionist finally ask us to check in Baiyoke Suite, after breakfast, come back to Baiyoke Sky and upgraded our room. But after this horrible night, everything else was fine and we concluded that this hotel is still worth staying, and we will still go back to Baiyoke Sky when we go back Bangkok. The hotel staffs except for that Manager were all very good.

Eventhough my stay is short at
Eventhough my stay is short at Baiyoke Sky Hotel. But the 2 days already convinced me that this is so far my best hotel stay in Bangkok. The breakfast was extremely good having a wide spread of international food & beverages. The hotel staff / waiter / waitress presented their customer service level well. I heard that the buffet lunch is also good unfortunately the time does not permit me to have that but I'm sure I will the next time round when I come back to stay at Baiyoke Sky. Keep it up.........

No free Internet access. No complimentary breakfast. No room telecast of live football matches. Housekeeping took their time to fix faulty door. Swimming pool looks out of maintenance. Front desk took too long to attend to calls.

Very nice promotional price. Excellent location, nice food, and we are well attended. However the hotel room carpet/curtain and corridor smells like mold or something and we have to use a lot of perfume.

I have stayed here for three times.
I have stayed here for three times. Accommodation included breakfast which was nice, the hotel was clean, many options and good foods for dinner with reasonable price. I would stay again.

Great time in Bangkok
This was a great choice for a short stay to do some shopping while in Bangkok for a couple of nights. The location and the views from the hotel are the best points. The breakfast buffet was great--by far the best I've had in Bangkok. I'm a big fan of breakfast and am always let down by Thai versions of "Western breakfast." The international breakfast buffet here was great. There were a couple of minor inconveniences: a smoking room instead of non-smoking, a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom, public taxis leaving the hotel that refused to use their meters, not the most comfortable mattresses. But these are very minor when compared to the great views, the fact that the hotel is a Bangkok landmark, and the great proximity to the best shopping in the city. I am certain I will be back and I would recommend it to anyone who is passing through, would like convenience to shopping, and doesn't require five star luxury.
