BEST WESTERN PREMIER Amaranth Suvarnabhumi Airport

I was only there overnight to catch an early flight out next day. The room was very spacious with lovely bath and shower. There didn't seem to be anyone else in the hotel - which I found strange. It's quite far from the airport, which does not agree with "airport hotel." About a 15 or 20 ride.

The hotel staff were excellent in helping locate tours for single travelers and arranging all of my transportation and tickets. The on-site spa was a welcomed relaxing treat. The food in the dining hall and in room service was delicious with a nice variety of choices.

Pick up from suvannabhumi airport. Big clean rooms. Not much else in hotel area. Friendly english speaking staff. I booked months ahead, so price was excellent. Amazing artwork and carvings in lobby. Better than some museums. Best hotel in my 3 week stay in se asia.

This the third time I and my family have stayed at this hotel. The experience has been much the sample each time with clean rooms, good amenties like their restaurant, pool and free air port shutlle. Staff went out of their way to assist my travel plans by making inquires for. Again no compliants.

I felt like I was coming to a glamorous Hollywood hotel when my taxi pulled into the expansive circular driveway. I came here because I had an early morning flight out and didn't want to worry about being stuck in Bangkok traffic.The free shuttle was only about 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very modern and beautiful and the staff was most helpful, and the price was MUCH lower than the airport hotel.

The Hotel was beautifully decorated. It was VERY clean and modern rooms with FREE WIFI. The hotel pool was nice and very clean as was the gym. The breakfast buffet was good --lots of diverse food options. The staff was superior --courteous, extremely helpful, professional, spoke English and knowledgable re airport and local attractions. It was approx a 15 min cab ride ($9) or free shuttle (runs every 30min) from the airport and walking distance to local street food, grocery stores and pharmacys (no need to pay for the the mini bar items as they were 1/3 the price only a block away @ local grocery store). I was there for a layover to Koh Samui then again in route to Japan. The staff scheduled a wake up call, had the shuttle bus drive me to the airport (free of charge) before my particular flight. They called a cab to drive me to a local shopping area in Bangkok and provided me with a map so that on my return the cab driver would know where to drive me. This layover was probably the best I've had thanks to the hotel accommodations and the superior staff.

This was a perfect place to break up a long trip home. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming , I had a blissful massage within a few hrs of checking in, the hotel lobby and common areas were beautiful...The shuttle from the airport was well organized and efficient. All for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend and stay there again.

I have nothing but good to say about this hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt. It took about 10-25 min. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Had lunch at the hotel restaurant. Cost was $12.50 which included one entree and all you can eat buffet. The buffet had a huge salad bar. Meat section had all kinds including big shrimp. There were also many kinds of bakery, ice-cream, yogurt, etc, to chose from. Drinks included in the price. If you don't eat at the hotel, it is a long walk to many small restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay there again.
