when i did agree to this hotel through your company i was told that there was internet service for free , when i was ready to leave i was told that i need to pay 100.00 dollars for the internet service and any problem it has to be resolve through your company ,or look for any legal advice against your company for miss leading or wrong information to costumers

Not really.
I booked this hotel only because my normal hotels were full. I have been staying in this area for many years and always thought about trying this hotel, now I did and don't think I will agian.

watch out if booked on this site
twice booked through site, says breakfast included but when you go to get it they want more money and just argue if booked on here you dont get breakfast. wont use again this has happened twice now to me and my wife. Its cheap to eat elsewhere, but annoying when your expecting the breakfast.

Stayed only one night. The hotel
Stayed only one night. The hotel is good located and close to Sukhumvit's nightlife. However, couldn't really enjoy as there was some unexpected maintenance work starting 7am in the morning. Normally I would say the price for the standard room is quite ok but if you can't sleep because of maintenance work, the hotel should inform and the price should be more attractive as well! However, if you want to get a cheap room within 5min walking distance from the inhouse Climax club, go for it!

Average Value
The hotel amenities, including a pool, various restaurants, cafes, and a gym, are all there, but the quality is average at best. The buffet breakfast is decidedly subpar, in terms of variety and quality of the food. They really need to do something about upgrading the food and the equipment in the gym, which probably date back to the 80's. The room amenites are also less than stellar. Only rooms in the new Tower wing about a certain floor have a tub. The TV lineup is terrible, compared to even a 3-star hotel in Siem Riep, Cambodia. The overall impression is one of dinginess, but the room prices are in line with that. Also, the location of the hotel, i.e., very close to the Sky Train, the taior shops, and the bustling bar scene (if you're into that kind of thing), is the best thing about it.

Good Hotel with central location.
Good hotel with central location close to local trains, etc. They do not want to provide accommodation in their newer tower for some reason. Maybe lower online rates are the reason which if true should not be.

Nice Hotel
Hotel room was slightly dated but very clean. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection of Asian, Indian, American, Vegetarian cuisine. Location was near to Nana BTS station so we were able to get around without depending on taxi and tuktuk. I would stay again.

Average hotel, reasonable value
Average hotel, reasonable value for money. Well situated with easy access to the Skytrain, taxis and airport road. Excellent breakfast but not included and a bit pricey by Thai standards.
