I found the level of service here
I found the level of service here great, so helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to the skytrain and central to shops, bars and restruants. 10/15 min walk to MBK. I would stay here again.

Do not look at the upholstery,
Do not look at the upholstery, it is gritty, the sheets were clean and the pillows did not smell. The bathroom has no detectable ventilation so the steam stays unless you have the door open and let the aircon work on it. Of course the windows do not open too. It was not a hotel of our choice and is in need of renovation but we had to take it as the Centara Grand was fully booked due to Asean meeting and a company where I had a meeting was in walking distance. Foodland opposite is a gift were you can stock up on everything.

Good clean Hotel with great service.
Good clean Hotel with great service. Supermarket, Starbucks, Food Courts, Train Station, Nightlife etc was all within walking distance. Great for everyone, family, couples, singles etc.

Location excellent for using trains.
Location excellent for using trains. Staff helpful and gave us a late check out. We were upgraded and had a lovely room with good views.

A good hotel with good rooms! The two areas where the hotel needs to improve is 1.)Respecting vegetarianism by including some more vegetarian items in the breakfast as well as A-la-carte menu 2.)Employ some more english speaking staff

Amari Boulevard Disappoints !
I was put in a grimy old room in the " other" wing at the Amari Boulevard. I was really shocked and I wonder what I have to do to be sure that I won't get that wing again. I am also shocked that ORBITZ would consider rooms of that low quality to be 3/4 stars! It really makes me reconsider ORBITZ as a reliable travel agent if they have such a poor knowledge of the rooms that they are selling. I feel that I was cheated and sold a highly rated room that was really just a dirty and old hotel room.

Gute Lage, Hotel Überaltert
Die Lage unmittelbar an der Nana Sation ist perfekt um sich in Bangkok zu bewegen. Im Hotel müsste mal wieder etwas restauriert werden wie zum Beispiel im und um das Schwimmbad. Auch im Bereich der Dachterasse. In dem Zimmer riecht es etwas aber ansonsten ist es OK.
