Aiya Residence & Sport Club BTS Budget Hotel

This is a great place at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay 100%. I recommand it and I'll definitely book it in my next trip.

Near BTS, good location, Receptionist no smile to greet customes

Cheap place, very far away from central bangkok but right next to the skytrain so you can get there in 15 minutes.

Had to ask for a room change as I wanted nonsmoking and they gave me a dirty smoking room, second room was okay. On the website they offer FREE gym, not so, I argued with the manager at paying 100baht each visit, but as the gym is small and open to non-residents it got busy at times but as you pay, you can't leave and come back another time without paying. I suggested guests pay 100 baht and visit as many times as they want during the day, or even a weekly pass, the manager ignored me. As I am a manager of a London hotel I found it poor organization and bad customer service.

Au milieu du quartier des ateliers de confection de chaussures, pas de restaurants aux alentours ni aucune boutique pour des touristes.L'hotel est isolé, mais pour ceux qui ne veulent pas être dans le troupeau habituel des blancs, c'est super ! La piscine est superbe pour des nageurs qui aiment faire des longueurs, le personnel très gentil mais le prix demandé pour les chambres ne correspond absolument pas à la qualité des chambres...800 B est le juste prix alors qu'ils demandent 3000 si on ne passe pas par le discount internet !

when you book through [website] you think the hotel have a gym there is but you have to pay extra for it,swimming pool free of charge but don't forget your cap for your hair or same thing you need to buy one or no swim, emplacement close to the station but really far away from main attractions and bad area, we really didn't like the location.

あまり土地勘もなく価格だけで選んでしまったので、中心部まで出るのに結構面倒くさいかも。ホテルのプールやジムは宿泊してれば無料だけど、プールは帽子着用でなければフロントで購入しなければならず、ビキニで日焼けを楽しみたい人には不向き。本当にスポーツしたい人には向いてるかも。観光で行ったので、ちょっと残念でした。フロント前にあるパソコンは1時間20ｂですが、英語とタイ語対応です。料金をとにかく安く、しかもスポーツしたい人にはオススメですが、観光にはちょっと違うかな。 ホテルの中にあるレストランは、ほ んどお客さんはいません。BTSの駅が歩いて10分ほどのところにあります。 部屋の中は、値段相当といったところでしょうか。 フロントにはかなりざっくりした地図しかないのと、あまり観光スポットには詳しくないようでした。 夜は裏の道で屋台がでてるし、大どうりにでると市場もあって現地の人でにぎわっています。

The room is clean and with large space. I love the fan and air-con arrangement. the staff are friendly. and I love the swimming pool very much, very clean, large and not very deep. I can swim happily here. The attached resaturant is very good. food with good taste but not expensive. 5 mins walk from Sky train station, although the street is full of cars. 1 mins can find 7-11 and you can find a very good local noodle small shop for cheap food opposite. all in all , very good

宿泊代はすでに支払い済みなのに、デポジット（５００Ｂ）を要求された。今回の タイ旅行では４箇所のホテルに宿泊したが、デポジットを要求されたのはこの ホテルのみ。
