Luckynews Classic Hotel Taoyuan

We stayed at Luckynews Classic Hotel because of a friend's reference...our friend did not let us down, more so; Luckynews Classis Hotel is everything they say they are! The Front Desk Manager at the time we checked in was so friendly and helpful. Since, I am from the USA part of the world I was shocked at the little things this hotel did/does and never are they expecting a tip (out of my traveling experience I did tip) all they want is a thank you! I didn't use the hotel's facilities because I did a late check in and an early check out; I look forward to using them the next time I stay at the Luckynews Classic Hotel. Thank you!

The best part of this hotel is that they will pick you up at the airport or train station and send you off when you leave. You must be sure to reconfirm your arrival time 24 hours before your arrive, however, so they can schedule the pick-up. Another good thing is the breakfast, which is brought directly to your room at the time you specify. The menu is a bit confusing, but there are a lot of choices. This is a good transit hotel and we plan to stay there again.

When I arrived at Taiwan Internation I had the travel desk call this hotel (Luckynews) to arrange a shuttle pick up. Hotel could not find my Orbiz reservation. Ten minutes later they call back to say they had found my reservation but there was no shuttle pick up since my travel agent (Orbiz) had not advised them of my arrival time. It cost me $21.00 to take a taxi to the hotel thereby erasing the cost savings that prompted me to book this hotel in the first place. As Orbiz did not book my flight to Taiwan there is no way they could have advise this hotel of my arrival time. As this hotel simply advertises airport shuttle pick up there was no way I could know of this condition. I would like to be refunded for the taxi fare.

Excellent small hotel with nice, clean, big rooms. Good breakfast room service in the morning, woke us up on time, free transportation to and from the airport and to and from the High Speed Railroad station. We would stay there again.

The Luckynews Classic is a nice small hotel located on a busy street in Taoyuan. But the service was great, including free breakfast room service, and the rooms were large and clean. Our rooms were in the back of the building away from the street noise, and overlooking a beautiful garden maintained by the coporate headquarters of a Taiwan manufacturing company. They also proviced free transportation to the Taiwan High Speed Railroad station, and if you Email or call them 24 hours ahead, they will provide free transportation from the TPE Airport. The rooms were bargain priced compared to other hotels in Taoyuan. We only stayed one night, but I would stay there again for a short stay. The neighborhood isn't that great, but I'm sure there are nice restaurants and night clubs nearby, if you wish to stay longer.

フロントの女性は　日本語対応も可能でした。 空港から　ホテルまで　また　翌日朝の　新幹線駅までの送迎を メールでで予約しておいたのですが、　送迎が無料サービス。 これは　お得感が。 ホテルは　地方都市の小規模ホテルといった感じ。繁華街には徒歩圏内で あるのも　良かったです。 朝食は　何種類かから選択して　指定の時間に　部屋まで持ってきてくれました。

フロントスタッフは日本語・英語も話せて、とても親切です。 空港までの無料送迎もあり、とても助かりました。 ホテルは少し見つけにくいですが、桃園駅の裏手にあり繁華街にも５～１０分くらいで行けます。 また是非利用したいです。

日本語で対応してくれるので楽。空港への送迎があるので大変便利。

建物・室内共に綺麗なホテルで、フロントでは日本語の出来るスタップがいて安心して利用させて頂きました！次回も利用させて頂きたいホテルですしお薦めですよ～＾＾
