Pleasant guy
Good value for the money
Front desk staff spoke enough English to address our concerns and questions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The tours available through the hotel were quite good. I would recommend the Imperial without reservation. A very nice holiday stay.

very nice classic hotel-not boutique
very nice classic hotel-not boutique hotel style- but very clean and tidy (many japanese tourists which is a good sign). rooms are big, quiet and confortable....very good internet through cable, good satellite tv as well...there are 2 retaurants, a bar....the staff is very friendly and helpful, they provide tours, shuttle service..it's 5mns walk to the metro...many shops and retaurants around, a small night market at 5 mns, and for the price i have paid it's an absolute bargain around 80-85 usd/night (probably promotion rate)....i think you will have a hard time finding anything better than that. yes i would recommend this hotel without a doubt.

Great place to stay
I stayed in the hotel for 7 days, overall experience was pretty good. Pros: The location of the hotel is great. Close to light rail, several convenient stores, night market, restaurants etc. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The gym is small yet neat, the staff at the gym was pretty helpful. On the weekened they have people playing flute in the lobby. Cons: The biggest complaint I have is that they don't have wireless in the hotel rooms. If you want internet access in the room, you will need to pay to use the ethernet cable in your room. They do have free wireless at the lobby though. 3G network in this hotel is pretty fast, I used 3G to watch online videos without a problem. No laundry room.

Very good hotel in this price
Very good hotel in this price segment. Great restaurant and lobby bar. Excellent breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. You get even many tips for shopping and sightseeing. All in all I enjoyed my stay and will for sure return to this hotel at my next stay in town.
