We took overnight flight and reach
We took overnight flight and reach Taipei at 6am. We were very tired and sleepy. We reached hotel around 10 am for check in. We totally understand the check in time should be 3 pm. However, the hotel staff tried their best to arrange a room for us without any complaint and unhappy. They rush to clean up the early check out room for us by asking us to wait about an hour. I was very impress their professional service. Furthermore, they auto upgrade our room. I will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel. Thanks to all staff who serve us during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thumb up!!

We stayed in a Quad Room and is spacious for my 4 kids with view of the DanShui River. Location is convenient for people who is heading to XiMenDing to shop and eat till late.

The Hotel very close to Xi Men
The Hotel very close to Xi Men Tin MRT! Very convenient and the hotel are very clean. We enjoy our stay here!

The hotel facilities and its location
The hotel facilities and its location did not match up with the price paid. It is not very near to the MTR station and the hotel is quite dated. Hotel staff were clearing the breakfast buffet promptly even though there were still guests at the restaurant. They should have waited for the guests to finish or if they are so anxious to clear the buffet, they should just deny entry (even though we were at the restaurant within the stipulated breakfast timing!).

場所は西門から歩いて少し薄暗い中を歩くところがあるので、夜の

price is good for a 4 star hotel.
price is good for a 4 star hotel. but facilities need to be upgraded. overall , a good place to stay if you not bad. 8-10 mins walk to mrt station.

基本的に立地・清潔さ・サービス・価格いずれの点も満足であった。 しかし、hotel clubのＨＰ上ではスイミングプール付となっていたが、実際にはプールが無かった点が唯一残念であった。
