Nice hotel
First trip to Taipei; Hotel Éclat staff helped us all the way. The room was comfortable and clean and the location was convenient - a 5 min walk to the Daan MRT station.

It's not the cheapest hotel in Taipei but I believe it is worth every penny. The Premiere 9 Room includes a B&O radio/cd player, Nespresso machine, 2 TVs, standing shower, deep tub bath and a very comfortable bed. Hotel staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Breakfast selection was very nice and tasted wonderful. The hotel has a unique decor by Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol and other artist that add to the hotel's ambiance.

Great balance between luxury and price
Its not the cheapest hotel in Taipei, but probably the best value. Room includes nice additions like B&O radio/cd player, Nespresso machine, and a wooden floor (as opposed to the usual carpet). Hotel is small enough to feel cosy and the staff extremely friendly. Breakfast is better than 99% other larger hotel I've been to!

A superb luxury boutique hotel
We have the greatest experience in this hotel. The personnel at the hotel made our stay better with good service. Breakfast was very good and the chinese restaurant downstairs was fantastic. This hotel is better than any 5 stars hotels we have experienced in Europe or anywhere else. We will be coming back to this hotel on our return trip to Taipei in January 2011.

This would have to be one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed in in any city in the world. The service is outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive and responsive to your needs. Service with a warm and welcoming smile, without the falsity often experience in the US. The hot breakfast could be improved with a little more variety. However, this is not a major concern. I found I simply melted in to the comfortable bed, wrapped in luxurious linen. And the special firm pillow is the best! I've stayed there twice now and both times I have been made to feel extremely welcome. My custom valued. Well done!
