Very Contemporary
I sepnd a lot of nights in hotels around the world 150+ days per year. This was the first time for this brand. Price was reasonalble, hotel was very nice. Good value for the money. The check in/check out was slow (thats why the 1 star penalty). Room was modern and spacious, amenities were all there. TV in bathroom, glass shower and tub overlooking the city. Comfortable bed and linens were first class. I only had time for the lounge which was the place to be! Great drinks, but a little pricy. Non-smoking but a seperate enclosed lounge for the smokers. Overall a great stay. Would repeat with this location and will look for their other locations in the future.

their staff are very friendly. polite, helpful, efficient and cheerful from bell service to customer relation, It's a wonderful experience in staying in Hotel One in TaiChung, We will stay in their chain during our visit to Taiwan. Hope the service is the same every where,

早餐很爛很難吃,場地更爛,一旁還有人在佈置婚宴會場,十分不尊重正在用餐的房客,和預期相差很大,服務人員很不專業隨便搬吧台高腳以充當兒童椅?? 浴室內洗手台下的椅腳沒有止滑,小孩站上去非常危險 希望嚴長壽能重視顧客的反應,十多年前入住永豐棧印象頗佳,沒想到事隔十 年沒進步還退步,真是太另人失望了!!!
