Family Vacation
Room was nice, needs a little touching up (details, eg. needs new carpeting) but bathroom and bed nice, clean. Service was exceptional. Took sunrise walking tour, manager then let us have breakfast and drove us to another hiking location and when the hotel van wasn't available for picking us up, picked us up in his personal car while also adding in a couple of stops to sightsee. Completely unnecessary, not requested, refused a tip. Front desk lovely, helpful in arranging a car to train station. Included breakfast ordinary but fair for price

If you like a very nice hotel
If you like a very nice hotel with convenient access to restaurants and facilities at Sun Moon Lake, you cannot ask for anything better. Service is very good and personal and the rooms are very clean and modern. Very friendly staff and management.

Hotel was nice and location was
Hotel was nice and location was good. But it would have been better if local services like spas and massages were offered inhouse. Nearby hotels offered these services but they were only available for their own guests.

This is a newer hotel at Sun Moon Lake. Western dinner was very well prepared, breakfast lots of choice.
