The Mei Yuan Restaurant
It is known that when Jiang Kai Shek resided in the hotel, plum blossoms were always visible from his residence and the plum blossom garden located in the front of the hotel was a place that he frequented. Inspired by this.Silks Place Taroko's Mei Yuan Restaurant exudes an air of simple elegance that gives you a spacious and comfortable dining environment. With an indoor and outdoor dining area, you are surrounded by Taroko's beautiful landscape as you dine on artistic masterpieces of culinary fusions. Madame Jiang's favorite salad, Wesleyan pork chop, and fruitcake are just some of the items you can find on the menu.
