The hotel has 208 deluxe rooms. Each room is equipped with a brand new LCD TV, DVD player, and the bathroom comes with automatic heated toilet seat. The room provides hi-speed broadband Internet access, a facsimile machine, plus various other business facilities, allowing hotel's guests to maintain communications even when they are away from the office. On top of that, in order to make it more convenient for international business travelers to make reservations, Hotel Royal Hsinchu is cooperating with Utell International Reservation Services to provide accessible and instantaneous room reservation services. At the same time, in order to provide exclusive benefits for hotel's VIP guests. They have specially devised the Loyalty Guests Program so as to reward the business travelers who frequently travel and stay at hotels. Every Wednesday night is "Royal Hours", where hotel's General Manager will lead hotel executives and invite hotel's VIP guests to the lobby lounge for free drinks and snacks and the possibility to know better.
