Close to Airport
The Hotel was modern similiar to US Hotels/Motels in that the rooms are large enough to be comfortable. It was the only Hotel in Europe that we found with a carpet, rather than the cold hardwood floors. The restaurant is very expensive and the menus are all in German. English only spoken by desk clerks. Overall experience was good.

Short drive from hotel
A complete 3 story shopping mall was about 6-7 Km from the Hotel. Great choices for shopping. However, realize that US Dollars are worthless in all of Europe. So clothing and other store items are double to triple US prices.

Overnight stay
Adequate - desk clerk at check in was helpful and we were able to check in early. Desk clerk helped with printing boarding passes. It was clean and quiet which was all we really wanted for an overnight stay after a long European trip.

Reasonable Airport Choice
Easy access from the airport and good place for an overnight. Clean and reasonably priced for Switzerland. Staff helpful. Restuaruant on premises.

Close to airport, train to city, and food
Since we had a car this hotel was convenient for access and for parking. Yet, it is a short train ride into central Zurich and the train station is less than two blocks from the hotel. There are a sufficient variety of restaurants nearby, and a large food market and bakery available as well. This hotel places you in a good location to launch visits to Zurich as well as outlying villages and sights. We have stayed here multiple times.

Convenient for staying over before flight
This hotel was just right for staying over before a morning flight. It was hard to find, but the staff was good and it had everything needed for the night.

Glacier Runner
Good value near the airport
I had an early flight from Zurich airport and needed a hotel nearby just for one night. The Wellcome Inn was a perfect solution - they offered a shuttle service to and from the airport starting at 5:00am. Staff was friendly and efficient, and wake-up call was on the dot. The room was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel offered a wide variety of options, and three of us traveling together all had an excellent dinner there.

Zurich traveler
Close to the airport
The Welcome Inn was very convenient to the airport which was nice. Helpful staff and clean rooms. On the down side the Internet only worked in the lobby and the breakfast wasn't that good. It was the least expensive room I could find in the area though.
