Great couple location
The Hotel is in a great location across the street from the train station and only a short train ride from the airport. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly hotel staff. The guest services staff were very helpful and knowledgeable directing us to where we wanted go and how to get there. The room was clean and neat. We would highly recommend it..

Gorgeous hotel perfect local
The location of the hotel is perfect right across the street from the train station, a 2 minute train ride to Zurich's town center, and less than 10 minutes by train from the airport. There are also at least 6 great restaurants less than a block from the hotel. The hotel is also across from a grocery/department type store. The hotel is gorgeous the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool and spa was beautiful as well. If we ever go back to Switzerland we will definitely stay there again. The hotel bar had the coldest beer in town. The only down side to traveling in Switzerland and it's not just this hotel it is that the Swiss do not believe in proper pillows on the beds. We had this issue on our previous trip so it's not necessarily this hotel it's just a Swiss thing. Thanks Swissotel for a wonderful stay!

Business quality
Spent a week om business, standard room nn 25th floor. This is a solid Swiss Hotel with a good location for transportation (right at the train/tram station)with restaurants and shopping just as comvenient. Rooms are comfortable with great use of built ins. Staff was great, house cleaning excellent, restaurant pricy but excellent. I have stayed here before and find it consistent on each trip.

Great location and Great Hotel
Absolutely great location - right across the street from the trams; 1 stop from airport and 2 stops from downtown. Rooms are very, very clean and orderly

Great shopping in downtown Zurich both in the old and new areas. Very quick from the trains - I wouldn't recommend any other way to get to and from the hotel.

This Hotel was a fantastic choice
This Hotel was a fantastic choice for us. Rooms were small, but very clean and the space was well utilized. Top floor gym, pool, sauna, spa area was a nice way to start the day. Very convenient to get to the city centre - guest services at this hotel were extremely helpful to recommend a great tour and fantastic nightlife for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to the train
The room was clean and fairly comfortable. As usual, the internet access was a bit of a ripoff: 24 CH/day. The access to the great Zurich train system was very convenient. The restaurants in the immediate area weren't great and all of them were very pricey.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was excellent. The public transport system (trams, trains) was very efficient and easy to use, so although the hotel was not in the centre of the city it was very easy to get to the centre.
