When I arrived to the hotel the manager (1) told me that the breakfast was included and he gave me the schedules for breakfast. Next day we decided to eat breakfast (to save money) and the bill was 78 sw fr. I went to the front desk and another manager (2) told me that it was going to be charged to the manager 1 who told me that the breakfast was included. When I checked out, the charge was in my bill and the manager (2) told me that the manager 1 said that he offered us a special price for the breakfast but that he never said it was included. It could be a misunderstanding related if the breakfast was included or not, but to say that he offered us a special price for the breakfast was a complete lie!!!! My staying was good until that happened. The housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom very well but the room was very comfortable and it has a very good location.

très belle chambre mais pas de

très belle chambre mais pas de balcon comme sur la reservation. parking exterieur très cher (40 CHF/jour) et petit dej hors de prix (38 CHF/pers).
