We had two days between the end of our Rhine cruise and return to the U.S. Lindbergh-Platz was a perfect location ... really ... short walk from the hotel to the tram stop and a quick trip downtown. On our departure day, just a couple of tram stops to the airport. ATM just around the corner from the hotel. Front desk sold tram tickets. Good buffet breakfast in the morning (not included in room rate). Roomy, quiet, comfortable, modern room.

Best hotel of the three we stayed at during this trip. Plenty of parking (particularly important in Zurich). ... Quiet,unobtrusive, but efficient staff. Could use an additional chair in room. Excellent food. Surprisingly moderate price for this type hotel.

This hotel is in a primarily industrial area, but there are a limited number of resturants and public transportation within a 10 minute walk. In addition, the hotel shuttle personel are happy to take you to the airport with its resturants and shopping and where the train is readily available to transport you downtown.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The internet connection was extremely slow and did not transmit well. The hotel is in a ... business park some distance from Zurich Main Station. There is a trolley right outside the hotel that, with connections, allow you to make it to Zurich Main station in about 20 minutes. Parking is outside, when it is not full. The staff were friendly, BUT, there never appeared to be sufficient staff to suppor the front desk needs. You often had to wait in line to obtain an answer to a simple question.

We chose the Novotel Zurich Airport hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The train stopped right in front of the ... hotel and traveled to the airport in about 9 minutes. Very convenient! The room was quiet, clean. European design and very functional. Bed and pillows were great! Great free breakfast buffet!

Good location to go to the airport specially early in the morning. Tram 10 stops next to the hotel making it convenient to go ... to the airport or to downtown. Clean, somewhat spacious, organized.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Equipped with all of the necessary amenities. Hotel had a great decor. However, the ... location of the hotel was not great. Had to take a shuttle to get to anywhere in downtown Zurich. Not the worst thing in the world, but it would have been nice to be able to walk to Zurich from the hotel. Other than the location, everything was great. All in all, happy with my experience.

THIS HOTEL IS UNDER RENOVATION SO THERE IS NO PROPER ENTRANCE OR LOBBY. YOU ARE ENTERING A CONSTRUCTION SITE THE FREE ... AIRPORT SHUTTLE WAS THE MOST INFREQUENT OF ALL THE HOTELS AND BREAKFAST WOULD BE 25 SWISS FRANCS IF TAKEN THE ROOM ITSELF WAS FINE

The only negative thing about the hotel was that it was undergoing extensive remodeling; thus it will be even better for the ... next visit (the remodeling will take another year I think). There is also extensive road construction in the area making way for a new tram that apparently will stop at the door - another great advance. Even with all this construction, the hotel staff maintained an efficient operation with shuttles to the airport and friendly service. I would recommend it highly.

We were very pleased with the hotel amenities. For example the the rooms were immaculate and quiet. The exercise room was ... used every morning as well as the dinning room for breakfast. Internet in the rooms was a big plus.

We enjoyed or visits to Zurich for shopping. We relied on the S-bahn for transport to and from the city which was somewhat awkward. The hotel was well located for our auto trips to various other cities and places in Switzerland.
