- The rooms vary a lot in size. On average they are medium-sized, though some singles are small. The rooms are simple and functionally styled and all are in good condition, as are the bathrooms. Some of the rooms on the top floor have charming sloping ceilings.

Basic but Clean and Friendly
We used this hotel as a last-night stop before flying out, and it was fine for that. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood right now (8/10) and that made the environment noisy and congested - I'm sure it's better under normal circumstances. Off-street parking is 1/2 block away - car loading/unloading not so convenient. Rooms are small and older but very clean and well-maintained, with very clean tiled bathrooms. Staff very welcoming, with excellent English. There are restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, and the location seems good for getting downtown by public transport, but we didn't really explore. We didn't pay for the breakfast option, so can't comment. I would recommend this hotel for the budget traveler, for one or two nights.

Great little hotel, great location
Great little hotel, great location and SO quiet! Highly recommended. I have trouble with these reviews as they are totally subjective but I can honestly say we had a great stay. It's 10CHF for brekky which isn't too bad considering Switzerland is relatively expensive to eat out. Right outside is the tram to/from central (number 14) after a 25 minute train ride from the airport.

An extremely pleasant value-for-money small hotel within easy access of the city. I had a lovely room on the top floor. Was very quiet, and very comfortable, and always nicely cleaned each day. A little fridge in the room would have been nice; it was very hot when I was there and a cool drink would have been most welcome!

Simple, plain hotel about 2.5k
Simple, plain hotel about 2.5k from the station, which is fine once you've worked out the Zurich tram system (not difficult). Good value and quiet overnight despite its proximity to the tram stop.

very good loca tion for access to trams and buses and reasonably close to the city centre for anyone liking a good brisk walk. Well run with no fussy rules or conditions. no hesitation in reccomending it to anyone as a base to explore the ncity and surrounds.

The Hotel is very good, the roomes
The Hotel is very good, the roomes are quite spacious and clean. the staff was very courteous. the Break fast was excellent. All in all a good hotel to stay.
