From the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) in five short minutes to the hotel! Take the tram n° 11 (direction Messe/Hallenstadion) or 14 (direction Seebach). Get off at 'Kronenstrasse'. From the airport frequent train services will take you to Zurichs main railway station. City-Shuttle buses are also available at the airport and will bring you directly to the hotel. Hotel parking is also available.

Really small rooms
The staff was very pleasant and helpful, but the room made a cruise ship room seem spacious. Less than 1 foot clearance on one side of the bed, the other side pushed against the wall. You could not turn around in the bathroom. Way too small.

The staff of the hotel is exceptionally helpful and polite. Guest is entitled to a welcome drink on the hotel's account. The room is clean and cozy. Although the location is not near any places of interests, there are buses and trams available just outside the hotel. The best feature is the free wireless internet available. Highly recommended.

The hotel offers modern rooms and is in a great location near the center of the city. The service is friendly but as encountered often in Europe, the single rooms are very small. Price is very competitive considering the category and location.

Very Clean, centrally located
Very Clean, centrally located Hotel. The tram is just outside the front door. The Staff were extremely friendly. Overall good place to stay when passing through Zurich. By Zurich standards it is reasonably priced.

良かった点:
ホテルの目の前にトラム昇降場があるので、中心
良かった点: ホテルの目の前にトラム昇降場があるので、中心部へは1本で5分でいけます。 ホテルは外からの見た目は普通ですが、内装は改装済みでモダンです。 receptionの女性もとても感じがよい。 悪かった点：連泊して最終日にお風呂のボイラー故障で全館お湯が出ず。。 午前中に出発する予定だったので水シャワーですませました。 また、電話が不通でフロントで借りました。 連泊していた常連客の話では、こういうことははじめてと言っていたので、運が悪かったんだと思います。
