Hotel Engimatt

It was very pleasant time during our staying.It was very convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel. It was so close to tram & shopping center. And in the same time it is very quite location.

Pleasant surprise. Very well furnished, spacious room. Delicious included breakfast. Helpnful staff. I recommend this hotel highly and would give it 4.5 stars.

This hotel is located in a residential area. I've seen other reviews that talk about how this was inconvenient. We walked to old town, no problem. And when you don't want to walk, just get tram tickets at the hotel. It will take you anywhere. The room was surprisingly large for Europe. And so was the bath and shower. My ONLY negative comment is that I detected a faint smell of smoke in the hallway and maybe in our room as well. Be sure to request a non-smoking room.

This is a nice and clean hotel with a very good breakfirst.20 minutes walk downtown.A few minutes from Zurich`s new huge shopping mall. Two minutes to river Sihl with nice countryside walks and biking routes. An autoroute runs on pillars in the back of the hotel but we were not disturbed as it has walls around it that keeps out sound. The pricing through this website over a weekend was fair according to Zurich standards.Half the cost compared to prices for bussnismen on weekdays

This was an excellant choice. We had a queen size room which was very nice and spacious. Being on a side street you are away from the busy traffic. The room is quiet, however, the A3 autobahn is close so there is some traffic noice with the windows open. We needed to take taxi's to resturants because my wife does have difficulty walking any distance. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. We would stay here again without a doubt.

This hotel is in a quiet, peaceful setting very convenient to the bus to the center. The breakfast is extensive and the staff friendly and efficient. I would definitely return. The onlydrawback was that the room was rather warm even when the air was on full, so we needed to sleep with the windows open.

Man war sehr freundlich, gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel (wahlweise Tiefgarage) für 20CHF pro Nacht (für Zürich nicht teuer). Wir konnten unser Zimmer schon um kurz nach 10 Uhr Vormittags beziehen und Frühstück gab es an Neujahr (1.1.) bis 13 Uhr welches sehr lecker war nur der Orangensaft hätte noch besser sein können. Der Service vom Personal war aufjedenfall toll. Und in dem Hotel war es wirklich ruhig. Das Zimmer war weitgehend sauber, bis auf die Badewanne die mussten wir ausspülen und das Wasser lief nicht so gut ab. Wenn wir wieder nach Zürich gehen würden wir das Hotel aufjedenfall wieder in betracht ziehen!

Ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, freundliches, kompetentes Personal. komfortabel Zimmer. Prima Frühstücksbuffett. Alles bestens. Wir würden gerne wieder im Engimatt logieren.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Garten, zwar nicht im direktem Zentrum ab in wenigen Schritten ist die Tram erreicht und nach ein paar Stationen ist man in der Altstadt. Gute Parkmöglichkeit für PKW im Hotel. Zimmer (de luxe room) sehr sauber und ansprechend. Frühstück ist auch sehr ordentlich.
